3/7/2024 0 Comments Torchlight 2 best mod classGenderMod V1 however was hampered by a lack of shared animations between the 3 classes which resulted in class skill substitutions.ĭecember 22, 2010, cccenturion posts his break through Shared Animations Library. Later, Sydonay revised this mod into it's final Version 1 form on July 15, 2010. This mod was originally created and last updated by Sigreth on November 11, 2009. New class select img logo files are created individually for easier more selective integration into mass multi-class mod sets.Includes an optional set of wardrobe files for the Enchanter and Valkyrie classes' new hair color integrated into SorrySoldOut's SSS Torchlight Texture Project v1.31 armor skins.(This was done to: achieve a more fitting personality to each new class, limit the number of animation files for loading purposes, and to address small issues in the mechanics of the new classes that arose from animation pacing not intended for their new roles.) Alt gender class animations now represent their complimentary classes more.Class select interface given a visual face lift.New skins applied to alt gender classes to enhance visual similarity to complimentary classes.Alternate gender classes now use all proper skills. Gains health and mana the same way the male Alchemist does. Wears Alchemist model style gear.Įnchanter - Basically a female Alchemist (model = Vanquisher). Gains health and mana the same way a Vanquisher does. Wears Vanquisher model style gear.Įxecutioner - Basically a male Vanquisher (model = Alchemist). Gains health and mana the same way the male Destroyer does. Valkyrie - Basically a female Destroyer (model = Vanquisher). Minimalistic Loot Borders/Slimmer Loot Borders : I defintely prefer this to the existing ones but I'm not sure which I prefer yet.Įxtra Chunky : More rooms/tiles added to the dungeons from one of the game designers. This mod (as before) allows you to select an alternate gender version of any of the original 3 classes. PrettyDamage : Just an upgrade to the damage numbers look.Įnhanced Retex part A/B : Massive game look overhaul to bring the texture quality up. (Also needs to be placed above Synergies) LurkerHUD: Very nice upgrade to the UI adding an absolute ton of info on the state of your character. Unusable items are red : Just a nice visual reminder other than having a missable red x on merchants. (Just make sure you place it above Synergies) Unleash the Rainbow! : So, so many hair colours. It will also solve your issue with the spec trees I reckon. Plus it covers your respec potion without needing a separate mod for it which is handy given the weird 10 mod limit thing and it unlocks all faces for all characters helping with the customisation. SYNERGIES : serious must have in the sheer amount of STUFF it adds. Okay going from what I've downloaded so far and ignoring new classes. For example, I'm not too satisfied by how the spec trees work, but I don't know what I do want, or if there's any way to make them work better other than just not having them at all. Those are the two big things that I know I want, but I'm sure there are other mods that I wouldn't know I want until I learn about them, so anything interesting or quality-of-life would be welcome. As a tradeoff, I'm also willing for the enemy critters to be more durable as well, taking more time to kill. Not so much looking for new classes as just new looks for the existing ones.Īlso, I'm hoping for some game balance mods that will help me be more durable by default, so I have a larger margin of error to react to situations. I remember my initial desire for mods in TL2 was due to the very limited character creation cosmetic customization options, so that's a priority. I already picked up the respec potion mod, but am looking for more. Now that the Steam Workshop has TL2 mods, I figured I should ask here for some recommendations.
